Here is an archive of techniques I am employing for my comeback. Many of these are to accelerate the strength gain needed to achieve the goals I have set for myself in the timeline I have set. You need to know your body and limitations, do not just jump into this stuff without researching the techniques and any potentially damaging effects of improper technique or overuse. I like to use pain as a guideline if it hurts STOP!
THE RICE BUCKET WORKOUT
Rather than reinvent the wheel, I found this video by the late, great Steve Edwards a perfect demonstration of the Rice Bucket Workout and hand exercises for increase forearm strength.
